-Arceuus spellbook
To access the Arceuus spellbook use the Arceeus teleport in the locations tab of the
teleport interface and talk to Tyss.
you need a book of the dead (sold my Tyss) to cast spells. Tyss also sells Arceuus signet (which you need to build a dark altar
in your PoH.
there are no requirements and as time goes on (and if players request it) more spells will be added. The two most relevant
type of spells have been added: reanimate and summon thrall (figuring out how to make the thrall attack another NPC was...something.) enjoy!
-Construction fixes:
*watering can required for planting plants and added Gricoller's can (https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Gricoller%27s_can) to the
vote point shop
*you can now have Amy's saw (https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Amy%27s_saw) equipped instead of a hammer in your inventory
you can get Amy's saw from the vote point shop until I can figure out a better way to get it.
*added Imcando hammer (https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Imcando_hammer) which can be used in lieu of having a hammer in your inventory.
