-Construction:
*This was a monstrous undertaking that I have been working off and on for past couple MONTHS (just a little every couple days or so as
ideas on how to actually do this came to mind) so I am proud to say I can finally release it in a state that is presentable/levelable. Doing this required
a client overhaul to load the construction areas as well as a bit of magic.
*To begin visit any estate agent in a major city (and Edgeville) and purchase your house (1,000 coins)
*You can then proceed to the house portal in Rimmington OR in Edgeville.
you can also teleport to your house from the spellbook (level 40 magic) or using the House teleport tablet
*The sawmill operator in east of Varrock will convert your logs into planks
*The Stonemason in Keldagrim will sell you very expensive rare supplies
*Added Carpenter's Outfit (https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Carpenter%27s_outfit) you can get it from Amy in Falador
*The garden supplier (https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Garden_supplier) in Falador will sell you all the items needed
for your garden rooms
- added master capes (req. 200M XP in that skill to use)
