*added full slayer staff with autocasts
*added more teleports to the teleporter

*added fully working gloves of silence (https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Gloves_of_silence), you can make them as described in the OSRS wiki OR
purchase from the vote store for 5 vote points
*added rogues outfit to the vote store for 2 points per piece
*the teleport interface accessed from the world map icon near the wiki button will require at least a donator status,
the chronicle item can be purchased from any general store and contains 50 charges allowing you to teleport via the teleport interface 50 times until it
degrades.
*added (basic) monkey madness quest, well at least players can now wear dragon scimitars and use the ape atoll teleport
